Valentine's Day Cheat Sheet For Her
Posted on June 30 2017
One thing that all of us women have a hard time with, is what to get him for Valentine's Day. It isn't like there is a particular gift that women are expected to give men on this beloved holiday, so why not give them something sentimental? We have provided you a cheat sheet to copy and share with your man this Valentine's Day with no effort involved! I know, I know... We think it is great, too. And YES we will be using it for our men, also!
All you have to do is:
based on the type of personality he has, which we will list, is copy and paste it anywhere you want, whether it is into a text, email, or even printed out and framed (Extra brownie points with the mister, sister!).
For The Romantic:
I Carry Your Heart With Me
I carry your heart with me (I carry it in
my heart) I am never without it (anywhere
I go you go,my dear; and whatever is done
by only me is your doing, my darling)
I fear no fate (for you are my fate,my sweet) I want
no world (for beautiful you are my world, my true)
and it's you are whatever a moon has always meant
and whatever a sun will always sing is you
Here is the deepest secret nobody knows
(here is the root of the root and the bud of the bud
and the sky of the sky of a tree called life; which grows
higher than the soul can hope or mind can hide)
and this is the wonder that's keeping the stars apart
I carry your heart (I carry it in my heart)
-E. E. Cummings
For The One With A Sense Of Humor:
Be My Valentine
Please be my valentine
I will open for you the door
I will take your coat for you
I will let you have the remote
I will let you touch my phone
I will let you choose the hotel
I will let you pick my clothes
I will hold your hand as we walk
I will pull your chair for you
I will let you order first
I will look in your eyes
I will take your hand into mine
I will make sure you smile
then I will let you pay the bill
-Elver B
For The Husband:
To My Dear And Loving Husband
If ever two were one, then surely we.
If ever man were lov’d by wife, then thee;
If ever wife was happy in a man,
Compare with me ye women if you can.
I prize thy love more then whole Mines of gold,
Or all the riches that the East doth hold.
My love is such that Rivers cannot quench,
Nor ought but love from thee, give recompence.
Thy love is such I can no way repay,
The heavens reward thee manifold I pray.
Then while we live, in love let’s so persever,
That when we live no more, we may live ever.
-Anne Bradstreet
For The Man Who Is Your Best Friend:
Sonnet: I Thank You
I thank you, kind and best beloved friend,
With the same thanks one murmurs to a sister,
When, for some gentle favor, he hath kissed her,
Less for the gifts than for the love you send,
Less for the flowers, than what the flowers convey;
If I, indeed, divine their meaning truly,
And not unto myself ascribe, unduly,
Things which you neither meant nor wished to say,
Oh! tell me, is the hope then all misplaced?
And am I flattered by my own affection?
But in your beauteous gift, methought I traced
Something above a short-lived predilection,
And which, for that I know no dearer name,
I designate as love, without love’s flame.
-Henry Timrod
For The Man With A Beard
Tumbling out an untangled beard
I pull fingers through my beard
untangling the night
while my mind gropes around
for anything sublime
I realise there is nothing deeper
than the love that cradles its child
all the way to dreams
tumbling out an untangled beard.
-Nivek
(Don't let your man have tangled facial hair, give him this poem and our Queen C Mini Extensions Detangler Brush together, which is perfect for gently detangling any beard!)
We hope this helped you start you gift ideas for that man in your life that deserves just as much as much as us women!
We hope you have a Royally pampered day! -Our Royal Family
