Welcome to Week 2 of our Love You, For You blog series! Hopefully last week, you practiced some self-love and your week went by just a little smoother than normal!
1. Call an old friend
2. Buy something that makes you feel good
3. Get an adult coloring book (warning: once you start, it's hard to stop!)
4. Take a break from social media
5. Mark time out of your day just for yourself
6. Take a bubble bath
7. Organize a room in your home or your office desk
8. Catch up on your favorite tv show
9. Make a list of things that make you happy
10. Cook your favorite meal
11. Diffuse your favorite essential oils
12. Buy yourself flowers
14. Take another bubble bath!
15. As soon as you wake up, make it a point to smile before you even get out of bed
16. Turn off your phone
17. Eat cake for breakfast
18. Go for a long drive
19. Write in a journal
20. Be grateful
There are a million different ways to practice self-love throughout your daily life, and one small decision can steer the direction of your entire day or week. So make it a good one.
